A Valentine Buffet

The snowmen held up until the end of January.

Then, really, enough is enough! Onward to spring I say.

And did ya hear? The small furry rodent saw his shadow {or was it didn’t see his shadow?}. Well whichever it was the groundhog says Spring is coming early. Now to decorate for the season…

The “home” sign is one I painted and is usually hanging above the front door, the vase is a fab find from Homesense $12, silk flowers from my stash and apothecary jar a wise investment from Michaels last year.

The little pink flower hanging from the jar was found in “goodie bags” from Michaels. My mom and I scored at the end of the season when they put all sorts of awesome decorative things into $2 grab bags… I know, $2!!

Decorative balls(s) from Ikea.

The buffetscape.

The jug was found at a thrift store, the frame at Homesense $5 and the topiary is a project by me ~ tutorial coming soon.

This waterlily is one from my grandmas beloved ponds.

A lovely profile.

Thank you for stopping by. I’m off now to steal some of those hershey’s kisses..
