Backyard Caesar Bar

Hello friends!  How brilliant is this Backyard Caesar Bar idea?!?  I will be the first to admit that it is not my own creation.  I am usually a white wine or pear cider girl.  But when friends pull out Caesar fixings with all THE WORKS who am I to so no?!  And how fun would this be for nearly every occassion?!  I can totally see this being a hit at your next Fourth of July or Canada Day gathering!

The key to success in this in the pre-planning.  Create a list of ingredients that you want to have available to your guests.  My friend Daleen went all out with this DIY Backyard Caesar Bar!  Some of the goods included:

Celery

Pickled asparagus

BACON

Lime Wedges

Pickle juice

Tobasco sauce

Celery salt

Worchester sauce

Shrimp

Ingredients:

1  lime wedge

Celery salt

Ice

1 oz vodka

Dash worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and/or pickle juice.

1 cup Clamato juice

Directions:

Moisten rim of the glass with lime wedge and dip into celery salt.

Place ice cubes in glass.

Add vodka, Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice and hot sauce.

Fill glass with Clamato juice.

Garnish with celery, asparagus, shrimp and/or BACON.
