No Bake Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs

Hello my friends!  If you are craving some chocolatey goodness then you are going to love today’s post.  I try to keep things simple while following a Ketogenic Lifestyle but some days call for a sweet treat.  These No Bake Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs are the perfect solution.  Not only are they low carb but also super quick and easy to make!

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp natural peanut butter

2 Tbsp almond butter powder**

2 Tbsp water**

3 Tbsp cream cheese, room temperature

2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 Tbsp salted butter

3 tsp stevia

3/4 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut

1 tsp vanilla extract

**2 Tbsp almond butter can be substituted for almond powder and water

Directions:

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients.
Combine until a soft dough forms.
Use a small cookie scoop to create walnut size balls of dough and roll into balls.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.

Makes 15.
