Smokin’ Shrimp Skewers

Seriously, so good!
These Smokin’ Shrimp Skewers were to-die-for at our last barbecue.
And I don’t even like shrimp!
Try ’em, you’ll fall in love too.
Here are the goods:
60-70 fresh, peeled shrimp
4 Tbsp mayonaisse
2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
3 Tbsp diced chives
a few drops to 1 tsp of hot sauce
Mix ingredients for sauce.
Skewer shrimp.
Grill {on medium heat} the shrimp skewers for about 7 minutes on each side.
Quickly coat the shrimp with sauce while they are still hot.
Serve.
Man, I’ve got to make more of these too!!!

 Enjoy!
