Strawberry Freeze


When I ask my husband “would you like me to make you anything?”  He replies without fail “one of those freezer desserts please”.  So here it is honey. 
The highly coveted Strawberry Freeze.

Combine topping:
3 cups of frozen strawberries {chopped and defrosted}
1 tub of whipped topping {1 litre}
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup white sugar

Combine crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup skor bits {found in the baking isle}
Press down into a 8-9″ spring form pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Allow to cool.

Pour topping over crust and put in the freezer overnight {at least four hours}.

Pull out of the freezer and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes.

Pull off the form and serve.
