Hello friends! I just have to share these simple baby dolls with you today! One of my girlfriends had the most adorable baby girl before Christmas. She asked that I make her a pair of dolls for her older girls and I was happy to oblige. I found this quick and easy pattern on Craftsy.
These baby dolls were truly simple to make! The pattern is smaller than I expected so I increased the size when printing it with my printer to 150%. They turned out to be about 12″x6″ in size, the perfect armful for little ones!
The coordinating pink and purple flannel is my absolute favorite! I had it saved in my stash for a very long time, waiting for an occasion such as this, isn’t it fun when that happens? I love how it looks like the babies are wrapped in swaddling blankets, too cute!
I also made two teeny, tiny baby dolls with the extra scraps of material. This was made using the smallest size of Baby Buddy Pattern. I used fabric paint for the features on the mini dolls and yarn for the features of the larger dolls. I am happy that they turned out pretty cute and I know that the girls love them!
