Barbecue Potatoes

We serve these easy potatoes almost every time that we have a barbecue.  They are a delicious addition to any grilled meal!
First chop up 6 to 8 red skin potatoes.  The smaller you cut them, the faster they will cook.
Next add 4 Tbsp margarine, 2 Tbsp minced garlic and 1 Tbsp seasoning salt.
Combine and wrap in tinfoil {shiny side in to reflect the heat}.  Barbecue for 20 – 30 minutes depending on how hot your barbecue is.
