DIY Manicure Station and Spring Inspired Nails

Spring is a time of renewal and rejuvenation. My girlfriends and I often throw a spa party just to celebrate being able to break out the flip flops!  I love getting a fresh manicure or pedicure, especially when the weather is warm enough outside to show it off!  Today I am excited to show you how to create your very own DIY Manicure Station just in time for spring inspired nails!

How cute are these right?!  Combining nail polish and nail wraps is a fun way to show off your unique style.

When looking for supplies to create a new look for spring I headed straight to Walmart.  They have an awesome selection of nail products!

Here is what you need to create your manicure station:

towel

face cloth

cotton swabs

polish remover

nail files

nail polish (I LOVE this Miracle Gel Polish from Sally Hansen)

nail polish strips (these ones from Sally Hansen are my favorite!)

Invite a few of the girls over, set out all of your supplies, serve with wine and you are all set *wink*.

I have been using these Sally Hansen nail wraps for years and LOVE them.  They are exceptionally easy to use and don’t require heating or any special tools to put on.  The kit includes a cuticle stick, nail file, buffer and one kit usually lasts for 3-4 manicures.

This miracle gel polish is the bomb!  It truly lasts longer than any other polish that I have tried.  It doesn’t require a light source, only a clear top coat.

Using these Sally Hansen nail strips is as easy as having dry & clean nails, pushing back the cuticles, peeling, sticking and filing off the excess.  They have a superior finish and last even longer than my gel nail polish most of the time!
