Ingredients
  • 10 dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • pinch of cloves
Instructions
  1. In a food processors combine all ingredients until a dough is formed.
  2. Place dough onto parchment paper and form into a log.
  3. Press into a flat log about ½" thick and cut into bars.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
