Dairy Free Double Chocolate Chip Mint Icecream

Serves: 6 servings
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp mint extract
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2-3 Tbsp almond milk
  1. In a food processor combine first three ingredients.
  2. Add almond milk as needed to create a smooth consistency.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips last.
  4. Pour into a tupperware container and place in freezer.
  5. Once frozen scoop and serve on gluten free waffle cones.
