Ingredients
  • 10 lbs roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 large white onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil, diced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, diced
  • Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Use hand blender to mix to desire consistency.
  4. Pour sauce into jars and process.
