Low Carb Turkey Meatballs

Serves: 20 balls
  • 1 pound of ground turkey
  • 1 tsp Everyday Seasoning (from Trader Joes but any seasoning salt would work).
  1. In a medium bowl combine turkey and seasoning.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, measure 25g portions and roll into balls.
  3. Saute in a frying pan, turning each ball gently until cooked through.
  4. Alternatively you can place the raw meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
  6. Makes 20 meatballs.
