No Bake Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter powder**
  • 2 Tbsp water**
  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp salted butter
  • 3 tsp stevia
  • ¾ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • **2 Tbsp almond butter can be substituted for almond powder and water
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients.
  2. Combine until a soft dough forms.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop to create walnut size balls of dough and roll into balls.
  4. Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
  5. Makes 15.
