No Bake Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs

- 4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp almond butter powder**
- 2 Tbsp water**
- 3 Tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp salted butter
- 3 tsp stevia
- ¾ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- **2 Tbsp almond butter can be substituted for almond powder and water
- In a medium bowl mix all ingredients.
- Combine until a soft dough forms.
- Use a small cookie scoop to create walnut size balls of dough and roll into balls.
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
- Makes 15.
