Hi friends! Today I am sharing one of my favorite Halloween characters, Frankenstein’s Monster, made into a cute magnet. I have always just called him Frankenstein for short and have been corrected by readers in the past, Frankenstein was the scientist who created the monster. So there you go… LOL Let me show you how to make one of these Frankenstein Magnet Crafts…
I love that this craft uses material that can be recycled. Keep your used snap lids from canning and you can create all sorts of unique crafts! Here’s what you need for Frank…
Materials:
snap lid
green acrylic paint
paint brush
black construction paper
scissors
white glue
two googly eyes
black felt marker
magnet
Step 1: paint the snap lid green.
Step 2: cut hair and bolts out of black paper.
Step 3: glue the features to the lid.
Step 4: draw a mouth and scar with black marker.
Step 5: glue a magnet on the back.
I just love the look in his eyes… mischievous no?! This was a fun craft to create with the boys and an easy one too! It would be perfect for a Halloween party or play date. Wait… am I the only one that plans crafts for play dates?!? My kids love crafts so hopefully crafting is something that they can always do with friends… don’t burst my bubble… I know, soon they will be teenagers! <>
What would you do with this little guy?
