Grilled Spinach & Mushroom Pizza

This was the first time that I have tried grilling pizza on the barbecue.  Loved it!  Dinner was quick to make, easy to prepare, looked fabulous and tasted even better!  Many more grilled pizzas in our future for sure!!
I used this pizza dough recipe from Weight Watchers.  I liked how quick and easy it was to make.  And you can refrigerate or freeze the dough for later use!  I flattened out the dough and coated the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
After cooking for about 5 minutes on medium I checked the bottom of the pizza dough and flipped it over.
Then I quickly brushed on some olive oil and added my toppings.
We used fresh spinach, sliced mushrooms, mozzarella and asiago cheese.
I closed the lid to the barbecue for another 5 – 10 minutes.
Doesn’t it look amazing already?
This being our first barbecue pizza, I made the kids a plain cheese version.  They loved it ~ especially the cheese. ๐Ÿ˜›
And now our final product…
a Grilled Spinach and Mushroom Pizza!
