Add farmers sausage (from Costco) for a protein packed breakfast! I also purchase egg white cartons from Costco for a lower fat option to whole eggs.
Eggs benedict without the english muffin – still delish! Serve them on cloud bread if you need the extra texture.
Scrambled eggs, sausage and cauliflower hashbrowns. Simply dice up cauliflower stalks and fry with a bit of seasoning salt – yum!
Ham and cheese scramble – packed with protein!
Seperate your eggs, add parmesan cheese to the whites, whip and fry with the yolks to create cloud eggs. This is a delicious variation to traditional fried eggs!
