Hello friends! I am so excited for the holidays and celebrating this time of year. All of the warm fuzzy feelings that Christmas decorations and a house full of friends and family brings. I have always been an early “holiday decorator” like, midnight on November 1st all of my Christmas decor comes out of storage (if not before). But I was especially excited this year because of these gorgeous personalized signs that I ordered from Personalization Mall.
When they were delivered to my front door in October I simply could. not. wait. to see how they would add personality and texture to my space. Today I am sharing three ways to add personalized touches to your holiday signs. I love having beautiful things in my home that have meaning and all of these signs bring me heaps of joy!
Personalized sign tip #1. Three of my holiday signs were created by Personalization Mall. This is a fantastic way to add character to your decorating! These signs are personalized with sayings and words that I chose. From a square sign with our family name, to a Christmas tree with our first names to a large statement sign with a favorite holiday saying. The possibilities are truly endless when selecting a personalized sign from Personalization Mall. And of course I was super impressed with the quality of each of these signs and the whole shipping and packaging process!
I love this statement sign on top of my shelving unit! It’s the perfect finishing touch for this space.
And this script is something that I could never pull off on my own!
Personalized sign tip #2. This home sign has travelled all over my home throughout the seasons. What made this sign completely versatile? Painting it white! Now it coordinates with my home decor throughout the year and I can easily pair it with all kinds of things like this Succulent Wall Hanging.
For the holidays I simply filled the thrifted wicker basket with boughs of fir and pinecones.
Personalized sign tip #3. Add DIY decorative touches to store bought signs. Well, this sign was actually purchased from a local artisan at a craft fair but here I have added a DIY swag of greenery to create more texture and interest. I wrapped battery operated twinkle lights (set to a timer) around the swag and voila! Now I have a statement piece for my front entranceway.
Good thing I don’t have to turn those twinkly lights on and off! That would require bringing out the ladder every night LOL.
Which of these signs is your favorite?!
This post was written in partnership with Personalization Mall however all opinions are 100% my own, as always.
