White Chocolate Cashew Apples

Oh my gosh! Can you believe that I almost forgot to post these goodies?!?!?!?

White Chocolate Cashew Apples These were a last minute treat to bring to the boys preschool Halloween party. Whew. Literally the night before. From leftovers in the cupboard.

White Chocolate Cashew Apples I used my melon baller to get perfect little apple balls.

White Chocolate Cashew Apples Then I stabbed them with a candy stick.

White Chocolate Cashew Apples And dipped them in white chocolate and crushed cashews.

White Chocolate Cashew Apples Yummers!

Thanks for peaking in. Have a wonderful day!

This looks delicious – how lucky for you that you are able to send in nut products to your sons preschool.
